I have been on the 6mg patch for quite some time and after about 3 -4 week, I finally was getting the results I wanted. BUT - I have terrible muscle stiffness and tension in my shoulders and left arm. I have even had 2 MRIs done to show me that nothing is wrong!
Do you think the muscle tension and stiffness will go away if I go down to 3mg (half of a patch) and either regular doses of Xanax or Klonopin?
I really need something that I can take and I have taken everything. This seems to be the only thing that really helps - but I can't take the physical pain.
