Saturn, I'm doing OK on Nortriptyline 50 mg in combination with Nardil 45. The worst SE's for me are dry mouth, so I went from 75 to 50 mg. Still have dry mouth but no depression so there is a minor trade off. But well worth it. I'm also on Synthroid, which was added about the same time as Nortriptyline, so I'm on a combination of 3 meds, but the Nortrip is worth a trial to see how you react on it.
