Interesting topic! I'm also interested to know.
I don't know about paroxetine but if you search google with the right keywords, you will see that sertaline has a weak Dopamine reuptake inhibiting action in high doses.
In any case, i don't believe that SSRIs are much of dopamine increasers. All of them can cause EPS and akathisia. Conditions related to low dopamine activity.
