Magnesium and Zinc are NMDA antagonists and both have effect on mood in some cases of depression, thought they have secondary effects which make them differ.
I think theanine has some NMDA affinity.
SLS, if you remember him, tried Riluzole, but I don't think he noticed too much effect. It was for bipolar depression.
