Hi, I just saw your post. If you haven't already, I think switching from Zyprexa to lithium may be a really good idea. If you're feeling really lethargic, I would guess Zyprexa may be the cause. I was on it only briefly while waiting for my antidepressant to kick in, but even at the lowest dose of 2.5mg a night, I gained 3-4 pounds a week and could barely get out of bed and function in the morning, it made me so tired. Despite all the side effects and toxicities, lithium has been the most effective mood stabilizer for me. I wouldn't say it's in itself motivating, but it keeps the depression and anxiety at bay, which makes me better able to function. I took lithium, Lamictal, Klonopin, and Prozac together, which is just one different from your combo with Cymbalta. Getting off the heavy-duty antipsychotics really helped me function better.
