I have been on 100mg for about two years now and just bumped it up to 150 because my anxiety levels and depression were rearing their ugly heads. So far it has been four days on the higher dose and I do not notice any change but if I try to go off it totally I become panicked. It appears to work well as a stabilizer for me and anti-anxiety med.
