I had horrible problems with nausea (and headache / dizziness) over the last few months. I was on celexa and klonopin. I switched the celexa out with paxil and the nausea remained. Then I removed the paxil and I was just on klonopin and the nausea was still there. My doctor suggested it could be as simple as acid reflux and told me to go buy some prilosec. So far the nausea is slowly going away, but I have no idea if it is due to the prilosec or going off of SSRI's. Regardless, the doctors never seemed that concerned about long-term nausea which really upset me. I was missing work due to it but their answer was always come back in a month and maybe try removing a drug or taking some prilosec. Good luck figuring it out.
