MAOI question...diet and inhibition

Posted by nickguy on August 19, 2007, at 10:20:27

I've only been on parnate for about a week or so, and the diet hasn't been a problem at all. But I was just curious, and a bit concerned- since it takes weeks for the MAO inhibition to start, does that mean once it does, you have to be more careful with the diet restrictions? (i.e, more particular in what you eat, how much of it you eat, ect)

on another note, I've also been tolerating it very well at 10 mg 3 x a day. I pray to Jesus it helps with my depression. I also take klonopin 1-1.5 mg for anxiety.
