Something is certainly a little wonky since Emsam doesn't come in a pill but they clearly indicate the quantity of pills while simultaneously showing a picture of a patch at the top. It appears that at best you have purchased selegiline pills and at worst you've been had. I've yet to find EMSAM at one of these type sites, but they do commonly sell generic versions of selegiline pills, however there are definitely some sites where those are less expensive. I hope it turns out ok for you.
