Is this too many meds?

This is my new med list and so far it is working (which is the point), it just seems like a lot of meds. Is it?
Depakote 250 ER (taken with dinner)
Trazodone 50mg (taken at night for sleep)
Klonopin .50 mg (taken at night or during the day for anxiety)
Wellbutrin 150XL (taken in morning to counter Traz sleepiness)
