Also keep in mind that there are pill cutters available at most pharmacies. I've used one with my Stablon (and I tapered off Valium at about 2.5 milligrams per week using my cutter comfortably).I think tapering is very good and doing it as smoothly as possible is a very good thing.
Zaps don't sound fun.
