I took 1mg for over a year, but went off it because I didn't feel like it was doing anything for me. I'm now on Lithium for the same thing...cyclothemia, and still don't really notice a difference although my family says they do. I wonder if I should try it again...wonder how similar these two drugs would act for me. hmmmm.
