Honestly, I do not know the difference between Addison's disease and hypoadrenalism, or if they are one in the same. I think that just like many things, there are degrees of health and ill-health, and I believe that Addison's is the most severe form. However, there are many degrees in between optimum adrenal health and completely fried adrenal glands. I am much better but, have not had a follow-up ASI test - Adrenal Stress Index. What is an ad?
