Well, as you probably already know, most serotinergic meds have GI effects in the beginning. I usually assume it's going to happen, when I start a new one, but it often goes away. Or at least gets better.

Personally, Zoloft was the most user friendly of all the SSRIs for me. Fewest side effects, fewest "feeling funny in the head" effects, just felt much more like me. Unfortunately, it also didn't work terribly well for me, but I've got chronic TRD, so I'm not the best person to look to for effectiveness...

Good luck with it. I've been thinking lately of asking to switch back to it, although my pdoc wants me to try EMSAM next, if the current combo doesn't do the trick.
