Can you elaborate a little more about your roller coaster symptoms. Has it gotton worse since you increased the Zolft? You have to be careful, with higher doses of an AD because it can induce and exacerbate this kind of cycling. You should be starting to get some relief by this time. Your p-doc might increase the Zyprexa next visit, if you are not better.
