Not exactly sure if its ok to take with with either 'zac, or Lex, but check it out....you might not need them after you've tried it! I would say its part herbal AD and part herbal stimulant (albeit in a gentler form than conventional pills).
Research it and see if you like what you read.
Personally, I'd recommend the New Chapter brand and a book called the Rhodiola revolution. (I can't be bothered to do the double quotes thing, sorry)
