akathesia impulsivity link ?

Do you think there is any link between akathesia and impulsivity? Not malicious, or manic impulsivity, just feeling like there is a pressure to make decisions quickly with less thought than usual.
I have been experiencing a lot of akathesia lately, whilest feeling that I am making decisions that I am regretting later. Not in a manic manner, just deicisions that were not well thought through.
