As for the side-effects... I have LOST weight on Seroquel.. but I also take Wellbutrin (300 mg). I take between 50 and 100 mg of Seroquel for SEVERE insomnia.. it was a last resort.
I am STILL depressed but I can sleep.
I had a bunch of tests done (blood, etc..) and I am not physically ill (just mental..lol).What are the long-term effects of Seroquel?
I know they are not good.. but I probably would have killed myself if I wasn't on it.
SO- in my case, it's saved my life.
