oops, sorry I forgot to include this. I take 180mg, split 3 times a day to avoid dumping too much into my system at once -that brings on stupor.
I used to take 240 mg, but that was causing me even more stupor and sleepies 2x a day, so we cut back to 180, which is still higher than 120, the "therapeutic dose"
