I switched to Xanax XR from Klonopin and found Xanax XR did not work as well for me as Klonopin did. I switched back without incident.

I can't give any good insights as to why the efficacy wasn't there for me with Xanax and was with Klonopin. There was a big difference despite the tweaking of dosing.
