I have this disorder too.
What amazes me is that you are so physical.My spatial abilities are horrid. Although weights were one of the few athletic ventures I could do well or enjoy. I am not a team player thats for sure.
I'm taking Namenda and I have noticed quite a profound effect on my anxiety level. Most things that relieve my anxiety also sedate me which I just hate.
