Lamictal and Topamax 2gether: new here pls write

Hello! I am slowly going on Lamictal and titrating down on Topamax and then d/cing it. I am
1) kinda nervous about starting Lamictal; and
2) kinda nervous about being on both meds at the same time.
I drive a lot for work and am also sort of worried about the infamous rash. Anyone been on both meds together? Are the side effects worse when on them together? I have been on Topamax for years.
