It's normal to feel shaky and a little odd during the start-up phase of Zoloft. I can't tell you when this feeling will go away because everybody reacts differently and there's no way of knowing for sure. Also, you had a nasty shock to body and mind with the emergency gallbladder surgery, and it can take a good while to bounce back from that sort of thing. The painkillers you were given (and maybe still taking) will also have an effect on your mood and it's common to feel low and uncomfortable during withdrawal, or as tolerance develops. We might not be able to answer all of your questions, but I wonder if sometimes you might be looking more for support and understanding than technical advice? Babble is here to provide that too and it's okay to ask for it if you need it :-)
