Hi Slinky,
I didn't realise that a person could have bipolar and dysthymia at the same time.
As you have bipolar does this mean that you do have some highs?
As to the anxiety I do think that anxiety should be taken seriously as it can be absolutely horrible, especially when it is constant.
Anyway, I hope sitting in the sunshine and the Effexor eventually helps you, keep on plugging on.
