Hi there,

That's true with most effective medicines. Survector (Amineptine) is being hailed as the best antidepressant in terms of effectiveness and loss of unpleasant side efffects. (Unlike many antidepressants, it is found to be resolving sexual problems of the depressed individual too) But that stuff can no longer been found anywhere over this planet.

Too much medicopolitics!
