I'm gonna have to talk to my pdoc about this, too, from another drug. When we spoke about it last, he brought up Zelnorm -- apparently its actions at the 5HT4 receptors can fix the hunger/bowel motility issues that are brought on by serotinergic medications. Despite its dopaminergic effects, Abilify is also a 5HT1a agonist, which may be what's bringing on the hungries.

It might be worth talking to your doctor about it.
