More than that was be tooo much.
I think it has to do with metabolism of enzymes in the liver.
Im sure I read that people who are poor metabolizers need much lower doses.I think they found that some caucasians and a lot of asians,arabs,american indians,and afro americans are slow metabolizers,just as one example.....
I know a japanese who lived in the states for sometime and his japanese doctor prescribed him 37.5 efexor and told him not to take more,cause japanese respond differently....I think he meant differences in Cyt P 450 metabolism.
