To be safe, stick with JUST the antihistamine diphenhydramine HCI. You may have a reaction to phenylephrine (a stimulant related to pseudoephedrine). Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is safe.

Things TO AVOID:
pseudoephedrine
phenylephrine
dextromethorphan

*although I have never had a reaction to any of these, many people do. Ask your doctor what s/he thinks.
