thanks guy's for keeping this thread going. lot's of interesting opinions and it's great to learn from other people's experiences.
although, I though it was nardil that went through all the re-formulations. did parnate suffer the same fate?
I'm taking the tiny little red ones with no markings, I think it's the non sugar coated version.
I think partially though, I've been feeling so rough because I'm only just now (5 weeks later) feeling the effects of stopping prozac.
the day when I decided to stop parnate was just awful, it was like a wall of terrible emotions hitting me square in the jaw every 5 seconds. I took no joy in anything, like everything was pointless.
well, I took 10mg's parnate, and 100mg's 5htp (I hope it's okay to mix those two, I think it is but not totally sure) and I seem to be on a bit more of an even keel.
I'm gonna work towards increasing my parnate dose though, I'll just try and take it slowly.
that's soo good to know about parnate potentiating klonopin, thanks for that snippet of info, much appreciated.
I got my k-pin dose down to .25mg's before bed, but I soo need to get a pill shaver or something.
anyways, thanks so much everyone for contributing.
take care each and everyone of you out there.
