I know, from experience, that one of the biggest difficulties you face when you fall into a hole is that you have to climb out before you can even consider functioning normally. People here are reaching out, and will be with you at each step of the way up that ladder. All will be well again. In time, all will be well.
You posted, dude. In your time of need, you did the right thing. I can never bring myself to do that. Maybe, with your example, I might give that a shot.
