Pearlcat, I cry when I watch that too. The vampire squids dont make me cry. But the cute furry animals who cant get food or shelter is depressing.
I watched Babel this weekend. I Cried because of all of the whirlwind of prejudices/racism around the world.
But right now I'm 100X stressed out than normal. That triggered eating chips and chocolate all day. PMS makes me do this just as stress does.
I dont have the answers but, are you stressed out because of the Lithium not kicking in? Or is stress situational?
