Hi,
When Nardil first worked for me, I had to be on 75mg for several weeks even after titrating up through the lower doses. Stick with it if you can. For many people with atypical depression when the med kicks in it is like flipping a light switch. I honestly have never felt anything like it through 45+ different medication combinations. Clonazepam is a good agumentor with Nardil, especially if social and generalized anxiety are problems. A high dose of clonazepam like four or five mg can help you get through the anxiety until the Nardil kicks in.

Currently I'm trying a switch to Parnate because of the weight gain on Nardil. I tried it six years ago and it didn't work. This time, I hope to convince my doctor to continue raising the dose until it dose work.
Take care,
Jedi
