Hmmm... I think what I'm trying to say is that even if SSRI's introduce a certain amount of "so what" apathy, they can also in some people introduce a certain amount of physical stimulation. So that the anxiety isn't necessarily produced by worrying, but just by overstimulation.

That was my experience, anyway. I was definitely apathetic. But I had a low level of physical arousal that also caused anxiety without affecting the apathy, if that makes sense.
