I don't know... there is a wide dose range of Paxil, it is the 2nd or 1st most sedating SSRI, which makes it quite suitable for panic attacks and other forms of anxiety that may be mixed with depression, because often with SSRIs its hard to treat both. I've heard of people who take as little as 5mg, but probably at least 10mg would be useful.


I consider Prozac to be the big P personally, because if you make a decision, you have to wait a month to see what happens with its half life (7 days * 5). Paxil has a very short half life.

Just a thought.
