Hello,
This is a great thread for me right now. I suffer from gad which is affecting my sleep very badly. I noticed you take .25 and that is what I take. I tried taking .5 at night and felt like a zombie the next day and it didn't really help my sleep very much. But, I am new to this drug so I am feeling my way so to speak. I have tried an ssri, luvox, and didn't fair too well.My question is when do you take it? I am searching for a good dose right now and am struggling with timing.
