But now that I've lowered the dose, this doesnt happen much at all. I noticed the eating thing too. So I try to eat three times a day. My diet (when I stick to it) is to eat high amounts of protien and fiber....with low sugar and sodium. If I want to snack I always try fruits, grains, or veggies.

> "I'm eating like crazy, have no motivation to do anything and feeling a bit depressed." you sound like YOU need the Dexedrine-i have basically eaten nothing in the past several days and i'm a 6 ft tall man who weighs~60kgs,(starting to look like Nicole Ritchie-but hey i'm taking two types of legal speed, Dexedrine+Ritalin so we'll see how thinks go, it's been less than a week so weight loss stops, or i'll be treated for anorexia-EEKKKK
