Sounds like a plan -- there is crosstolerance though between any benzodiazepine and a pseudobenzodiazepine like Ambien. The two don't work quite in the same way but they do touch GABA-BZ. But alternating may affect that crosstolerance somewhat, so sounds good.And a pleasant sleep
