Thanks for your info. I'm 60 so should die in my sleep any time now. Is it linked to incorrect breathing in waking life, like high chest breathing and a constant feeling of suffocation? I mean constantly having suffocating feelings throughout the night, even if not remembered, must leave its mark. I'm glad you're all sorted out and your heart is healthy
