There is no need to abandon a treatment with promise. Period. Your plan to switch to Nardil can simply be postponed. You can do Nardil whenever. At some future time, if needed.

Let the Emsam do its thing. Consider dose increases, if reasonable. Etc. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
