If I qualified for a diagnosis of schizophrenia I would only take the drugs for it that offered me significant relief.
Diagnoses of schizophrenia can be really suss, though this is certainly no comment on yours, Alien.
In the 70s heaps of people who were bipolar were treated as schizophrenic (whatever it is) and I knew a couple who died through that.
There were no mood stabilizers back then??I would be pragmatic and empirical with drug treatment. Does it help? There's a limit to the help you can expect from it in any case.
