My head hit the toilet bowl a few times during those nightime urges. Systolic bp was 50 when this happened! Sexual side effects were pretty bad, but I ate pretty well what I wanted, less restrictive than Parnate. Worked ok but not spectacular for a while then it pooped out which was miserable.

In spite of this I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying it and MAOI's in general. They are underutilized because of fear mongering among physicians. They have still worked the best for me. I tend to get side effects that are listed in the "Rare" or almost unheard of columns.
