The most I ever took at once, for a severe, severe, SEVERE panic crisis episode was somewhere in the neighborhood of 14mg over a couple of hours- I was later accused of trying to kill myself by using that much, and was told by several medical personel, that indeed, It could have. I rather doubt that, and explained my tolerance- but the point is- 20mg sounds like an extremely high dose!> Hi Bassman
