I hate to say it but I think it could possibly be a random response. I still think it would really behoove you and your doctor who I know are attempting to fight your TD to do an AIMS baseline before you embark on these projects such as Vitamin E and other possible treatments.

It is exactly this probable random response that will never be known how effective a substance is without getting a scale on things.

Maybe Vitamin E isn't something you can tolerate, but ordinarily a low dose of 400 IU is something people typically take over the counter as a supplement. High doses are used in clinical care for TD treatment with some limited success, but only do this with your doctor.

As for how many weeks, that's unknown but four weeks at least you're probably on a good guess, but get a baseline and then you might find something that produces results.

As for the cramps in your eye, I can't say other than either discontinuing the Vitamin E, getting your eyes looked at and then following an AIMS protocol for whatever substance you are trying for your blephorospasms.
