Tremor is among the multitude of possible effects but not a common one. The most common one (and I think we discussed this before, for persons of your opposite sex is priapisms.)
You may be awakened from a stage of REM sleep and have a hypnopomic/hypnaegogic hallucination. I've woken up shaken from a tossing nap before. It usually subsides. Trazodone just plain made me groggy afterwards, but as noted of course everyone's body differs. 25mg is a small dose, however.
