alcohol wellbutrin effexor prozac female

Hi
A female relative of mine died of a self-inflicted gunshot.
I'm curious if alcohol interacts with wellbutrin, effexor, or prozac.... or if alcohol simply makes one's decisions more poor. (I'm not sure why she was on effexor AND prozac.)
She was like me. Mixed anxiety and depression, irritable, creative and sleepy. Most people who interacted with her in the days prior saw nothing different in her. She laughed and joked at a Christmas party and then killed herself 9 hours later. I've been in her shoes so I can understand since she was overextended (exhausted.) Unlike me, meds tended to give her sleep problems, too.
I'm also curious if birth control hormones affect mood...
