suicidal thoughts from AD are usually caused by damage to or blockage of the cholinergic system, inducing akathisia. the cholinergic system is responsible for learning and thought. so if you feel really anxious, can't think, can't sit still, can't concentrate, and feel suicidal, then chances are it is from the AD. prozac notoriously induces akathisia. you can try another AD to see if it helps.
