Hi there!I started to respond to Lexapro almost immediately (within about a week).
I had/have a very positive reaction to Lexapro, but a lot of people don't.
I find the calming effect to be extremely helpful with my anxiety and panic disorder, and my overall episodes of severe depression have become fewer and far between.
