Have gone from 6mg. to 9mg. to now 12mg. patch (for two days). Not much help. Tried Provigil for one week with 9mg. patch--made depression worse--memory worse, concentration worse, confused, disoriented, felt dead inside. Currently also going off Lamictal, 100 mg. as it really did not do much for depression. Going of Neurontin, 900 mg. per day as well. May be trying a different treatment in a month.
