Well I can fully emphasize with your paranoia, I'm convinced I'll get poisoned too, although I don't think anyone is actually out to poison me, rather the food is like that anyway.
Going to supermarkets is abit of a problem as well - abit like your gas station! I think that all food is poisonous somehow. LOL! I'm getting better. Tomorrow I'm psyching myself up to actually try and cook some pasta at home. I am getting better.
I'm sorry I don't know anything about your drugs. I read somewhere that people with paranoia are deficient in some sort of B vitamin? Have you thought about nutrition?
