I was on a trial of Provigil added to AD and I had a paradoxal reaction to Provigil--confused, disoriented, memory and concentration worse, and I said and did things I would not ordinarily say or do. Glad my pdoc would not give me a prescription as I was not aware of how badly I was at the time.
